Job Code : Nursing Unit Manager Are you looking for the challenges which can make the lives of older people more enjoyable?
Our client, a nursing home for 32 elderly residents, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to manage 2 nursing units and the nurses and support staff in them. You will assist the Registered Manager in managing the Home and always be looking to improve services and standards. You will also manage budgets, be able to communicate at all levels and ensure staff training is implemented.
You will be an RGN with preferably NVQ 4 Management and at least 3 years post registration experience and at leat one of those at team leader/ward manager level. You will have experience of older people and good understanding of CSCI.
